Identity Theft has become a "Managed Risk" - there is no way to prevent you from becoming a victim of identity theft. As you read through this page, it will become crystal clear why you as an individual, as a company, and your employees need to have a pro-active layered approach to the reality of identity theft. Our program offers just such a layered approach.
Why, people ask, has Identity Theft gotten so out of hand - and
so fast?

The Databased You TM
The Databased YouTM
is the sum total of all of the information about you in the
market, whether on paper or stored electronically, that can
build a better biography of you than you could of yourself.
Over the previous two decades our country has built an
impressive system of computer databases to help a great variety
of organizations do their job better and more efficiently. For
instance; there's the NCIC Criminal database to help law
enforcement quickly identify criminals they come across, and the
MIB database to help insurance companies identify those who
fraudulently apply for insurance. Plus, many others that you can
see listed above. And what you see above is only a partial list.
Most people never think about the fact that many of these
databases share information in real time.

That means they are updated continuously. And although that
sounds very efficient, the problem is we never built a system to
clear-out/correct bad or erroneous data.
Think about it: You are
traveling out of town and passing through Littletown, USA and
you are pulled over by an officer on a routine license check.
When he runs your drivers license through the computer in his
cruiser and it comes back saying there is a warrant for your
arrest, who is the officer going to believe, you or the
database? Even though the Identity Thief used your drivers
license number when he was in that accident a few weeks back and
then didn't show up for court, your going to have to prove it
wasn't you. Because - all the evidence points to you!
In addition, for years we have been told by different
commercials and our own credit card companies and banks that ID
Theft is not a major issue. In essence it's a victimless crime.
We have been duped into believing this misconception to such a
degree that the government has now been forced into creating
laws to protect our citizens from ID Theft. They are making
Employers RESPONSIBLE for protecting the data.
Once your data is corrupted, it can be a nightmare to correct,
and it almost always requires the help of an attorney.
Don't wait to be taken by
surprise;

Federal
Trade Commission free report: Pg. 19 -
Zero Liability provided - “you send your dispute letter so that it reaches the creditor within 60 days. If an identity thief changes the address on your account and you didn't receive the bill, your dispute letter still must reach the creditor within 60 days of when the creditor would have mailed the bill.”
When you read this, it will become crystal clear why it is good
for the company and the employee(s) to have an Identity Theft
service that offers Legal Access, Monitoring, and Restoration -
versus - Resolution or reimbursement.
